"My warm and informal approach to counselling helps to break down barriers that may exist between a young person and any adult involved in their care. It’s sometimes difficult to talk to caregivers about: emotions brought on during adolescence, personal issues such as sexuality, substance misuse, abuse, bullying, body image, eating disorders, relationships and just ‘where you fit in the world’. I can support you through this journey to where you want to be".
